Glossary
The terms we use, defined.
Plain definitions of the language behind Wovenstack — the operating layer, total guest value, displacement, rate integrity and the rest.
- AI operating layer
- Software that sits on top of the systems a hotel group already runs, unifies their data into one live model, and runs AI agents that make and execute decisions — without replacing any underlying system.
- Total guest value
- The full value of a guest across room, food and beverage, spa and other ancillary spend, across every stay and property — not room rate alone.
- Displacement
- The revenue given up by accepting one booking over a more valuable alternative; a core input to revenue decisions Wovenstack weighs explicitly.
- Rate integrity
- Keeping published rates consistent and disciplined across channels; in Wovenstack it is a hard constraint, not something to be discounted around.
- Write-back
- Returning a decision an agent makes into the source system (PMS, RMS, etc.) so it takes effect, rather than sitting in a separate dashboard.
- Bespoke (as Wovenstack uses it)
- A common platform that is designed, developed and configured to fit one operator's exact requirements — their systems, their standards, and their way of working — not a generic template.
- Diagnostic
- A scoped engagement at one property: defined scope, defined fee, no changes to systems, that quantifies the opportunity from the operator's own data.

A scoped diagnostic at one property maps where your guest value and revenue signal are fragmented, and puts a number on the opportunity — with no changes to your systems.
